Class offering: May 12 - June 27
Monday - Thursday, 9:30am-1:30 pm
You’ll receive training and certifications in customer service skills, medical terminology, and more.
Training & Certifications Includes:- NorthStar Digital Literacy certificates
- Mental health/crisis training & certificate
- Microsoft Office specialist certifications
- National Retail Federation certificate
- Healthcare systems medical terminology
- Medical call center customer service skills
