Life by Design Inc. (LBDI) supports over 150 adults and children with disabilities in living their lives to the fullest.

Our Mission - LBDI is committed to promoting the principles of self-determination in the lives of people with disabilities by listening and responding to the individuals and families we support.

We offer services to people with disabilities living in their own or family homes teaching independent living skills. We provide services in Anoka, Hennepin, Isanti and Ramsey counties.

LBDI provides employees:
